Newly reformed 14 person villa with all the amenities you could ask for, great sea views, amazing location and a great interior design.



Ping Pong, Billards, Big swimming pool, 7 person jacuzzi, BBQ, Sunbeds, Bali bed and High speed wifi on every floor of the villa.



Located in Torviscas alto and just a few minutes taxi ride into the centre of Las Americas or to the beaches or Siam Park.



Sunsets are breathtaking from the villa and it is a quiet area for you to disconnect and enjoy.



The villa is made of 3 floors, the bottom floor is where the swimming pool and amenities are, the second floor is where the kitchen, living room, bathroom and one bedroom is, and then the third floor is where 4 more bedrooms are located with their bathrooms. Then if we move out to the pool table there is a separate apartment with the thick wooden bed inside that has it`s own living room/kitchenette.

Located in Torviscas Alto - Just few minutes from Playa De Las Americas, just across the road from a very good gym, a very nice restaurant and a cocktail sunset bar.

This is a quiet area with great sea views and just a few minute taxi ride to the centre.



Parking is outside just across the big public gardens and is free, we use the bottom entrance near the swimming pool.

Beautiful villa - family of 10 staying

The villa itself was fantastic with lots of room for the two familys (6 adults and 4 teens) that stayed for 10 nights. The villa was clean and tidy on arrival, the pictures do not do it justice, looks so much more nicer in person. Unfortunately, we could not use the hot tub because a part was on order and was not working and the darts for the dart board were either broken or bent so could not use this aswell. But the ping pong table and pool table were a great addition to have. The views from the villa were beautiful. Communication with Lewis and Alejandro was very good, they were both very helpful. The location of the villa is on a very big hill. The walk back up was a killer so not ideal for people with limited mobility. Taxis were quiet cheap (around 6-8 euro to the beach front). The best place to order a taxi from is the Habana Club as that is where the taxi drivers seem to know of. Overall was a pleasent stay, the villa was bright, clean and gave us all we needed. Would recommend this villa to friends and family. Thanks for the stay 😀

Stunning Villa, great set-up, you'll need your walking shoes or a car ....

The property is simply stunning, a great set-up with huge amounts of space, swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table ++ just a great layout and well maintained, property was clean and had all amenities available, couldn't fault it. Location wise, it's not straight forward to find but we were guided by Alejandro at check-in who was very helpful, well worth asking for a Map Pin to navigate to vs. post code. The property is a bit up the hill, so walking into town area is a good 30mins, we used either our car or taxi which wasn't too difficult to organise and navigate, just something to bear in mind in terms of location. Overall a great holiday home, well organised and hugely enjoyable base to explore the Adeje and wider Tenerife South area.

Access to villa is very difficult……down a very steep hill with no turning circle so taxis refused to drive to Villa and dropped us on main road which made access for slightly less mobile guests very concerning !!
