Mobility access not good, lots of hills. Not many charging points for scooters. Room was clean, but floors were always dirty as we always ended up with black feet! Balcony was nice & big, we liked the sun loungers, quite sturdy.

We were upgraded to an apartment in H block-highly recommended as had a large balcony with table, chairs & sun loungers. It does look out onto a motorway but we were not disturbed by noise & preferred being away from main parts of resort. Very clean apartment with plenty of storage & equipment. House keeping did a great job & reception couldn’t have been more helpful. There’s an onsite laundry-there’s a QR code to pay with your phone. Onsite bars are very reasonable with very friendly staff. This was a great find & we will be back, as long as we can request a balcony with loungers again as this made the holiday overall more relaxing. Well stocked shop on site also, 5 min walk from other bars & restaurants.

Brilliant resort for both families and couples. My youngest and I stayed for 6 nights and couldn’t fault the place! Our own rooms and own bathrooms lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lots of places to eat and drink onsite. Also a handy mini market for essentials on site. Gym and laundrette also on site. No issue getting a sun lounger by the pool and literal 5 min walk to the beach. Great location and def booking here again if coming back to Costa adeje

We had a very pleasant stay at Sunset Bay Club. The check-in process was smooth and easy, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was also very convenient for our family, with the beach, restaurants and shops within easy reach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the price. After checking in, I noticed that the same accommodation was available at a noticeably lower price than what we had paid through our booking. Apart from this pricing difference, we were very happy with the accommodation and had a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay overall. The apartment was a good size, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the lovely balcony was a great addition. The only issues we experienced were with the air conditioning. The bedroom unit seemed to bring in an unpleasant sewage-like smell whenever it was switched on, which unfortunately continued throughout our stay. The living room air-conditioning unit also started leaking at one point, but this was dealt with and fixed immediately. The reception staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Despite the minor issues with the air conditioning, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Very clean reasonable prices, not to crowded but still busy. The apartments have very thing you needed + everything on site i.e. restaurants, pubs and close to good night life

Mein Aufenthalt im Sunset Bay war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch nichts Besonderes. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation über WhatsApp, die stets unkompliziert und schnell verlief. Auch das Servicepersonal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Der Poolbereich hat mir persönlich nicht besonders gefallen, da er oft sehr voll war und wenig Erholungswert bot. Zudem ist die Anlage sehr hügelig, sodass man sich zweimal überlegt, ob man noch einmal „kurz“ zum Apartment zurückgeht. Besonders störend waren die vielen Kakerlaken, sowohl draußen als auch im Apartment. Mir ist bewusst, dass dies vermutlich nichts mit mangelnder Sauberkeit zu tun hat, dennoch empfand ich dies als sehr unangenehm. Auch die Betten waren für meinen persönlichen Geschmack nicht bequem. Einen besonders negativen Eindruck hinterließ zudem der Umgang nach dem Check-out. Ich erhielt einen Anruf mit der Aussage, das Apartment würde nach Rauch riechen und könne deshalb nicht weitervermietet werden. Daraufhin wurden die Hälfte von meiner Kaution einbehalten. Da ich stets respektvoll mit der Unterkunft umgegangen bin und ausschließlich auf dem Balkon geraucht habe, konnte ich diese Entscheidung nicht nachvollziehen. Insgesamt würde ich persönlich nicht erneut dort übernachten und kann die Unterkunft daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Great complex, stayed a few times now and is my go to apartment complex. Great staff at reception and they offer luggage storage and shower facilities outwith your checkout. Meant I enjoyed my last day walking around until heading to airport. B206 was lovely 2 bedroom apartment looking on to the side street so away from the bars. Sun was hitting the balcony in July and was there all day. Comfortable cushioned sun loungers too. Location is great too. Short walk to san eugenio in one direction or short walk to fanabe the other. Plenty of bars n food places in and around Torviscas too. Easy to recommend sunset bay.
