"This was our first time in Tenerife and our first stay at the Best Jacaranda Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff, from the reception desk to housekeeping, was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team answered all our questions with patience and warmth. Special thanks to Ana at reception for her cheerful attitude, excellent support, and great advice, which truly made a difference in our stay. We also greatly appreciated Caterina, who organized our excursions and recommended wonderful places to dine; her suggestions were spot on. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and are already planning to return next year for a longer stay at this same hotel. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was excellent - ocean view from the balcony, perfect location - close to the beach and pedestrian walk that goes by multiple beaches both directions. Hotel has parking for extra charge, but it has good discount for hotel guests. Room was clean and hotel staff was very friendly."
