We went for the all inclusive package, the food and drink was excellent. The main restaurant had plenty of choice and changed the offering each night. The hotel ran free activities everyday which were always good fun, the pool was nice and they had a good system for pre-booking sun loungers on their app, but to be honest most days you didn’t need to and could always find a free sun lounger. The hotel was also in close proximity to the beach and you could walk to the closest beach in under 5 minutes. All the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Would thoroughly recommend the Sabila we had a wonderful stay.

Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very quickly on an all-inclusive plan. Gourmet Market - we were told was part of all-inclusive but upon check-in were advised it is 50% off. Meals there were actually quite good but annoying that it was misrepresented. We chose the prestige package which made this even more annoying. Amenities on site such as their pool tables and air hockey required payment to play them. General demographic of the hotel is quite senior, lots of retirees. Not the place to be if you are looking for a hype hotel or lots of evening entertainment. Overall our stay was still enjoyable as we chose to overlook the bad parts.

The hotel is really nice. Clean rooms beautiful water views. The area is really central but a bit tacky - lots of pubs, restaurants and bars with neon signs. The playa Del Duce area is much nicer.
