"The breakfast was more like a buffet then a continental; nice surprise. I was disappointed that the rooftop jacuzzis were not operational, but was happy to learn we had access to the neighboring hotel’s jacuzzi, pool, and pool-side loungers. Location is great right on a freeway with public transit. Also only a 40 min stroll to historic center. "

"I'd give it 5 stars except that it's not in Centro Historico as indicated. One man in the front was super nice and helpful as was one housekeeper. I requested a refrigerator and they were so nice and brought one right up."

"Property is nice and big, service is amazing but the rooms are terrible, old, ugly, very bad conditions, they need an upgrade, it's a nice hotel but I won;t come back because the rooms and the noise, we couldn't sleep, you can hear people, cars, etc."

"I really liked everything about the hotel. The cleaning and customer service were excellent, and the place felt very cozy, the only suggestion I have is for the pool to close at 11 PM instead of 10 PM."
