Highly recommend to spend a few days disconnecting or enjoying with a group. The property is unmmatched in its beauty and grandiosity. The staff is always kind, attentive, and helpful. The food menu may be limited, but they make each dish very well.

A dream stay

I travel a lot around Mexico with my best friend. We’ve stayed in many many haciendas and hotels and I have to say ( and my bestie agrees) that Hacienda Acamilpa is the best experience ever. Everything was ideal, the welcoming, the surroundings, the food, the pool, the nature, the cactus garden, the art collection, the peace and quiet, the beds, the history of the place, but the best was the staff. Every single one of the lovely persons who work there, from the cleaning ladies, to the gardeners, and a special mention to Alan, the manager who took us on a visit of the grounds and the cactus garden, and was always there for us, and Liz and Darian, who took good care of us and were always on the lookout and around us in case we needed something. This place deserves not 5 but 6 stars! Now I know why they call Hacienda Acamilpa the best kept secret. Thanks to the whole staff for making our stay an unforgettable one. Hands down!

Reseña del Hotel Ex Hacienda Acamilpa Nuestra estancia en la Ex Hacienda Acamilpa fue realmente memorable. Desde el primer momento, quedamos maravillados con la belleza del lugar; es un sitio de ensueño, rodeado de tranquilidad y con una arquitectura histórica impresionante que te transporta a otra época. La hacienda está cuidadosamente restaurada, y sus detalles tradicionales se mantienen intactos, logrando una atmósfera auténtica y encantadora. El servicio es sobresaliente. Todo el personal se mostró atento, amable y dispuesto a hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia inmejorable. La comida merece una mención especial: la cecina del desayuno fue deliciosa, y el ceviche de cecina en la cena resultó una grata sorpresa; sabores auténticos y de gran calidad, perfectos para complementar la estancia. Los cuartos reflejan el carácter de la hacienda. Nos hospedamos en una habitación enorme, decorada de forma tradicional, limpia y cómoda, perfecta para sumergirse en la experiencia. La única observación es que hay un par de escalones para salir o entrar al baño; aunque le dan un toque interesante, pueden resultar peligrosos en la oscuridad, especialmente durante la noche si no se tiene cuidado. La llegada puede ser un poco complicada para quienes no estén acostumbrados a caminos de terracería, ya que hay un tramo considerable de terracería para acceder. Sin embargo, una vez que llegas, la recompensa es más que suficiente: te encuentras rodeado de naturaleza y aislado de todo.

Hacienda hermosísima y con atención de primera

La hacienda en sí es hermosísima y cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle tanto en las habitaciones, como en los jardines e instalaciones. Los alimentos, aunque de un menú un poco limitado por las pocas habitaciones con que disponen, son de muy buen sabor y calidad...todos los ingredientes super frescos y los platillos preparados al momento. La atención por parte de todo su personal es impecable y personalizada. Literalmente se desviven por complacerte en todo y están a tu disposición para lo que se te ofrezca, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara.

La hacienda es absolutamente increíble. La construcción es magnífica y las plantas que rodean el lugar le dan un toque de felicidad y melancolía único. Llevamos nuestras bicicletas para salir a rodar por las mañanas y nos encontramos con circuitos increíbles alrededor de la hacienda. Por si fuera poco, la atención del personal (meseros) es única; se esforzaron en todo momento por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia increíble.
