"We stayed in the Heirtage building first for us. The hallways really need the carpet removed as they beyond old and smell. The room however even old was so clean and carpets shampooed so that you don’t get dirty. Very impressed with that. Prefer the other rooms because of allergies and asthma and older carpets that said would stay again. Beds soft yet we had great sleeps. Quiet area too. Front desk staff very nice. Pool guy just ok. Never seem to be friendly. As usual had to go to front desk for a pool towel. This is something we accept though they really need to improve. Don’t charge resort fees if you can not provide resort quality amnesties and service. We love the mineral pools and the restaurants. Would stay again"

"I was originally put in a room that shared a wall with the elevator shaft, It was incredibly loud but after a couple requests a staff was member went out of her way to help me get another room which was really appreciated. Hotel is showing some wear and tear but location is great and m lm"

"Our family stays here religiously as it has always been a great hotel. Staff go above and beyond and are very accommodating for our lil dog. Over the past year the hotel has seen some renovations. One thing that has sadly been overlooked is the fitness facility. A bad musty smell, a scary weight bench and old bikes show the gyms age."

"If you are looking for a big house which can accommodate a large family or a large group of travellers, this house provides for that. The view from the living room is really something, there are three full bathrooms, which is really handy for a large group. The neighbourhood is nice, there are enough shops close enough by for the groceries and Abbotsford is surrounded by lovely mountains to go hiking. It’s a great stay for an outdoorsy bunch.The landlord is very responsive if help is needed and we enjoyed our time at the house immensely. I’ll definitely consider booking this place again should we come this way again."
