"The hotel looks like it used to be nice but has fallen into disrepair. It’s also dirty and none of the staff speak English. It was $140 for a night which is about as expensive as it gets in Eastern Europe but this felt like a hotel that should be in the $20 to 30 range. Avoid unless it’s that cheap or you have no other choices. "

"Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee machine for proper coffe (as opposed to only fruit tea and nescafe sachets with whitner powder). Drinks in the hotel were also a bit pricey (although this was the case throughout the resort). Overall very pleased."
