The food options are great, and as a vegan I had a number of options every meal which is different to usual holiday locations. "What a beautiful property and what a beautiful, extreme professional staff the only exception is the swimming pool situation when I’m seeing kids defecating inside the pool and that was a turn off for the experience, not be able to use the pool because of what I’ve seen between dirty diapers and parents tried to hide the kids number one and number two it was very, very, very upsetting. Overall the hotel is very nice. but for that reason alone, I will never come there again, especially when it’s a vacation resort and I would like to use the facilities, especially the pool "

"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "

"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"
