"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"

The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Ski rental shop in the same building. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small...

"It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it. "
