It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. Room was beautifully fitted out with a stunning view of the resort and valley. It is right at the top of the resort, but only 10 mins walk to the main group of bars, and there is a ski in and out option. Plus free transfer available around the resort. Breakfast options were huge to start the day. The bar was cosy and the terrace had a lovely view and sunshine. Spa was impressive but often busy. Only issues were that the room was often hot and no obvious way to cool it down other than opening a window/door. The boot room didn’t have locks on the doors or anywhere to store skis (which I assume is because everyone rents from their ski shop but that was expensive), and even with the transfers it is removed from the centre of the resort, so you will spend a lot of time walking up and down hill - but that was our choice. Leah was such a professional host and I felt great after her massage. I will be returning to this hotel for sure. 5\* hotel and gave a 5\* service. One area that could be better was the menu in the main restaurant. I suggest offering some classic dishes for dinner. Also a good idea to have salt and pepper on the tables instead of having to keep asking for them. This wouldn't stop me returning. Without exception every employee that we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. It seemed that nothing was too much or too difficult if it meant the guests enjoyment of the hotel was increased. In addition extra touches such as laying out your skis out in the snow ready to jump straight on, or serving your dinner in the lounge so as not to miss the world cup game were greatly appreciated. Excellent facilities and gourmet dining complete the package. Well done guys. Asked front desk for help many occasions and got nothing. Live music once in a blue moon so don’t be deceived. Bar staff efficient. Outside balcony and no atmosphere or music. All staff do all jobs not really sure who’s incharge here. Ski in ski out very narrow in and out. The ski-in-out experience was superb but not suitable for learners. The children’s playroom was a little cold and soulless and could do with an update.
