"Amazing hotel and room. The room was spotless, and the ocean view was absolutely spectacular — easily one of the best on the Gold Coast. The kitchen was well equipped with quality appliances, cutlery, plates and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were quiet, and the facilities were excellent including the heated pool, multiple spas, sauna, steam room, gym and rooftop BBQ area. Everything throughout the hotel felt clean, modern and high quality. The only downside was the receptionist seemed a little flustered and possibly having a bad day, so the first impression was a bit average. That said, I don’t believe this reflects the hotel overall, so no hard feelings at all. Would 100% recommend staying here. Right in the heart of Surfers Paradise and, in my opinion, one of the best hotels on the Gold Coast."

"Location was perfect , walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach and transport . I would definitely stay again our apartment was of a very high standard very clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing."

"Our stay was a bit disappointing. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday weekend, there was no housekeeping which i found odd. The room was ok but nothing special. For the price we paid at almost 500 per night, I expected a lot more. I would suggest at this price point daily housekeeping should be standard as well as parking be included and even breakfast. Our shower wasn’t clean and when you sit on the toilet and look straight at the eye level at the sink all you see is a line of mould between the sink and the underline of the stone bench. It seems a bit ridiculous to charge double because it’s Mother’s Day weekend, as a i looked at the same hotel room on another weekend and it was a lot less. Overall, it wasn’t great and was extremely over priced for what it is."
