Every aspect from checking in to the flight was exceptional however my advice: if you think you will need the assistance or support of customer care DO NOT USE JETSTAR. It is made extremely difficult for you to speak with a real person or send N email of complaint. Many of the staff do not speak English as a first language so have difficulty making sense of the written or spoken word. I found staff rude ignorant and downright obstinate. A cheap flight is not worth this trouble.
