To make matters worse, the CO2 alarms went off at around 5:30am, which was extremely alarming. When we contacted maintenance, they “fixed” the issue by breaking the alarms just to silence them. Unbelievably, the host then attempted to charge us £99.99 to repair the very alarms their own maintenance team damaged. Completely unacceptable behaviour and very poor management. I...

The house that the B & B is in is spectacular. The morning breakfast that is provided is far and away the best included breakfast we have ever had anywhere."
