"For us the main reason to come to Vevey was to go to the Chaplin Museum, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect: the room, service, location, the hotel is in a very beautiful building situated on a lake. We loved Vevey, it is a quiet place, very relaxing, a short bus ride to the museum, the hotel gives a free pass to the public transportation. "Lovely three night stay. Hotel is old school but in a positive way. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. The public areas are immaculately maintained and our room was spotless. The hotel has direct access onto the lakeside promenade. It's a fifteen minute walk into the town centre and about 1 hour walk to Chateau Chllon."

"We arrived at the location and they didn't let us check in because we weren't a family. We were a couple of friends and just wanted to have location to enjoy out short holidays. They told us they would refund the money but just kept ignoring our messages. We had to do an online check-in where the saw that we weren't a family and didn't say anything until we drove 6h there. DONT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. "
