"I stayed for two weeks with my 7 year old. We had a lovely relaxing time and didn’t want to leave! The hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious providing lots of entertainment options from the three pools to minature golf, tennis court, cooking classes, kids club and spa. "Spent 4 nights here with my wife as part of our Honeymoon in Greece. It was absolutely splendid. Such a peaceful, wonderful resort with great amenities. The pool side is absolutely breathtaking and so relaxing. There is a great pool bar nearby and the servers bring you drink and food in very timely fashion. I had originally a sea view only room and they upgraded us to a shared plunge pool room for free. This was an awesome upgrade. We used the plunge pool a bunch and its basically your own private pool. The room is super comfortable. Don't mind the key-powered room because once you get and put your card in then turn on the AC, massive vents cool the room in minutes. The breakfast buffet was always excellent with so many tasty options sure to please anyone. We ate at the Cretan restaurant they have there and it was so romantic. The food was extraordinary and among the best we had had on Crete. There are a lot of awesome picture and video taking opportunities on the resort too. Sure to make your friends and family jealous. Some cool local beaches nearby with great views and clear waters - just ask the staff there and they will tell you the options. Only 30 min from the Heraklion airport - no need to deal with the huge journey to Chania if you are not so inclined to go there, can have just as much of a great time at Abaton. Highly recommend! We will be coming back! "

"We spent a week here with our two daughters. It was an amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with several options for swimming and laying out. It was great to be able to stay at a hotel where we could access the ocean directly. We never had issues finding beach chairs. The staff was incredibly nice and the food was excellent. The hotel was large but extremely well maintained, the staff were lovely and breakfast included such an array of tasty food. Incredibly clean and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. "I love this resort. It provides availability of food almost any time. For a sleeper like me getting up late and having food ready this is a plus. Two major pools to relax and easy access to the beach from the complex. Food is good and tasty. The staff are is very friendly and attentive. Annabelle Resort is a place I can come back. "

"1st. time in this property. Check in process as usual. Waiting on line, due to lack of staff, to many guests. I can not complain to much. If you need beach towels, it is 20 Euros/each deposit, cash, however there is an ATM outside/for a fee off course. (Shame can not charge the room for that). Nice, friendly staff all over, clean facilities and room. Oh. The pools are closing early. To the beach you have to across a small road, but not a lot of traffic. The beach itself has rocks, so if you want to enjoy send, you have to go somewhere else. Restaurants, need to make reservations on time ( at least two days in advance). But there is a buffet style ( no res. needed). Property has two bars, one inside and one near the pool. If you want you can snack, there is a snack bar. Parking lot is on the smaller side, and the local car rental company taking up places with cars. "
