Fabulous hotel for visiting the Guggenheim but also walkable to all areas of Bilbao. Breakfast is perfect, everything you could want and more. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food is superb and good value for a 5* hotel restaurant. Finally the staff are all friendly and helpful. All together a great stay.

Really nice hotel in a location handy for the Guggenheim- 10 min walk away. Hotel has a huge atrium and a cafebar and separate restaurant. Small pool on the 6th floor is open air plus male and female saunas for guests use. Bedroom was spacious and bathroom very nice. Air con worked well. Shopping centre on one side of hotel. At the back is a nice park. Great place to stay. Not cheap but you how's things? What you pay for.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Bilbao on a large crossroads, making easy access to attractions and the Guggenheim museum. We were lucky enough to be upgraded, the room was spacious, nice sized bathroom and sat over the entrance. This made it a little noisy at night with passer by shouting but only disturbed our sleep a little. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
