We received a lovely welcome on arrival! We had a superior room which was very comfortable, immaculately clean and had silent air conditioning which was definitely a big plus! It was also nice to have towelling robes. The buffet breakfast was very tasty. The hotel is well located and it’s easy to get around. Bilbao is easily walkable but there is also access to the metro within a couple of minutes walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
