Great location - waking distance to the old area. Staff very helpful and friendly. If you are only an English speaker, they will do their best to help you. Restaurant food was very tasty and overall good value. Breakfast was good with decent selections.

Walking distance to all Gasteiz places we wanted to see. They have a nice breakfast selection before we began our busy days. Rooms were clean but hot. They turn off the AC in the shoulder seasons. Opening window helps, but there is a lot of street noise. Room has fridge (minibar—pay for what you take), a safe, and a small electric water kettle with tea and instant coffee packets. They have a small bar with pintxos at the entrance. Small additional menu but check times with the employee in the bar as the chef is not always available. It is not walking distance to the main bus intermodal station if that helps anyone. You will need to take another bus/tram to get closer to the hotel.

Being a 4 star hotel, our room was never at a comfortable level. The air conditioner was not turned on prior to our arrival. Even two star hotels anticipate a guest arrival. We could not get the room cool during the night so we did cut our reservation short and left a day early. The lobby is lovely. The restaurant bar and breakfast excellent.

Well located to the city’s sights. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with leaving luggage after checkout. The hotel buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast options and was good value for money especially as many local cafes don’t open until quite late

Close to the cathedral and the Arch of Santa Maria. Also many bars within these areas for eating out or inside with pintxos dishes. Cathedral lit up at night so very good to sit outside with a beer and some pintxos. The hotel rooms are well equipped. The only problem is trying to check in. There is an area with is narrow outside the reception, but when my husband parked to check in, I stayed in the car and it appears to be a thoroughfare for other vehicles, so one fella tried to push through and was gesticulating for me to move, which I couldn't. Then another woman came and got out the car and spoke loudly in Spanish for me to move. I said I cannot understand, so she signalled for me to phone for my husband and move. Is this not an area for to check in, not sure?. I was annoyed with the problems I had while waiting to be checked in so they should have a particular area to park.

Nice hotel but with its ups and downs. Staff were super helpful and excellent spoke really good English polite and approachable even in the var area the young man working is fantastic. Regarding the rooms especially on the 4th floor need a bit of upgrade the air conditioning is old so makes a lot of noise and even putting it on the lowest setting makes a rattling noise and also the air conditioner is not enough to cool the place down. The pillows were super uncomfortable but that my be my own preferences and last the floor towel for the shower was already dirty when I arrived. An okay hotel but not to Great for a 4 star
