We were unable to sleep for 2 nights in a row due to event celebrations of the party that rented the Riad. The service was not good. During the whole stay nobody cleaned the room. "

"I can confidently say that it was single handedly the staff, Ahmed and Anas that made our stay at the riad - exceptional!!! The rooms need an uplift, but any small shortage in the amenities was compensated by the exceptional attitude of the staff! Excellent location ! Excellent breakfast! The guide that they recommended for the Medina was great as well! "The riad is very nice, nicely renovated. It is quiet at night and the location is great for during the day, you can reach old town within minutes by foot. The room was comfy and so was the bed, pillows etc. The person who checked us in and helped us with most things, his name is Driss, was super nice, very helpful and makes all the difference in this little hotel. The only thing you have to be careful with is parking. We didn't manage to find the upper parking lot (it's one way and incorrect...

"Property is beautiful. The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!! My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get flooded with water every time you shower. And there is pretty much a limit of only getting one towel per person. We were ready to go to one of the souks two actually buy towels so we could keep the floor dry."

"Great gym, room was dated, curtains didn't work, and there was sitting water on the balcony that made the smell terrible. The fragrance they pump in the lobby is extremely overpowering, if have to hold my breath or I would sneeze. Breakfast was great and staff we very nice!"
