"Staying at the Wyndham Grand Busan Ijin was a highlight of my trip! The hotel is truly high-end, clean, and modern, with incredible views of the ocean right from the room. Looking out over the water every morning was amazing. The staff was very helpful, and the quiet location near Songdo Beach was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. If you want a comfortable, luxurious stay with unbeatable ocean views in Busan, I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again!"

The hotel was beautiful. The lobby spacious and stunning. Very helpful lobby and reception staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some mould around the tiles in the bathroom. The maids were very friendly and obviously hard working. It’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay to use the hotel swimming pool (and more again to buy a swimming cap for the indoor pool). It cost £15 per person for use of the pool. Not worth it especially if you have a family to pay for.

An excellent hotel stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Housekeeping were marvellous. The offer of a spa is wonderful if you don.t want to share it with your partner and are comfortable going naked in a single sex environment. This apart all other facilities including the gym were excellent. The outdoor bar area was very relaxing for a break in such a central city location.

Beautiful place. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no responses from our multiple requests for information. Beautiful and authentic which makes it a great place but no staff around. We had to go to the hotel next door for dining advice ( very few restaurants around but there is a convience store). Difficult to get to without a car as it’s out of town. Top marks for the staff at the hotel next door who helped us with food and taxis. Better service is needed for foreign travellers.
