Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. "Quiet hotel in central location. Pleasant rooftop area with very cold plunge pool. Spa can be booked for a free 45 minute session which was pleasant. No air-conditioning during off-season and the bedroom was incredibly hot. We left our balcony doors open throughout the stay, but depending on your room this may not be safely possible. "This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Every room is different and all beautifully decorated. We had a de lux room that faced the square with a balcony. Very lovely. Staff helpful and roof top plunge pool definitely worth a visit . "

"The rooftop was excellent and the staff there was fantastic. The food on the rooftop was also excellent. The check in staff was average. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It's digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the "terrace" was an interior terrace open to nothing. The double superior room is not worth...

"Absolutely beautiful building inside and out, modern but with classic features. Location was fabulous everything walkable in the centre of Palma. Staff so helpful and professional. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, so much choice and most things homemade amazing quality food. Perfect stay! "

"This is my second stay, and it was even better than the first (and it is definitely not the last). While it's a full five-star hotel, it's not so big, so that it feels more like a club than an impersonal hotel. But it has all the necessary facilities. No fancy foyer or other trappings, but if you want a very quiet, clean comfortable room, in a friendly environment right next to the sea, with a terrific swimming pool, bar, restaurant, spa (small, but pleasant, and spotless), I'd recommend it. ...

"I travel quite a bit. This hotel ranked right up there. The place is airy, comfortable, nicely furnished and the staff could not be any more accommodating, helpful, friendly and service-oriented.
