The breakfast was excellent especially loved the fresh fruit, juices, variety of pastries, bread, omelets, vegan options as well as cheeses and meats/ salmon. The ocean view is spectacular. My kids enjoyed tennis, the beach, golf and the other activities at Kids club. It was close to Lagos and concierge arranged our trip to Benagil. The villa we lived in was very comfortable. "This is a maximum a 3 star hotel overall. Breakfast and dinner were really poor. In the morning almost all tables were dirty and staff have done nothing about that. Also we weren’t offered any drinks or eggs, later we found out that we could have a sunny side up or similar by request but it was impossible to find staff. Beds are just awful and painful, old mattresses with broken springs. Only 1 (ONE!!!) average speed EV charger in the whole facility."

Labels on items would have been useful as there was a great deal of variety; particularly with milk products as it was unclear which containers had whole, semi-kimmed or alternative e.g. oat milk. Rooms were serviced each day and a bottle of mineral water replenished. There was no option to keep your towel...

"This property is great value and serves a great buffet breakfast. Great staff on hand and very helpful if needed. It is a great location for getting into Portimao city center as well as a short walk to the beach at Praia do Vau. All in all a great Villa to stay at."
