Nice hotel we liked the different choices of pools and the ambience around them. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. We enjoyed sitting around the bar on an evening with extra touches such as attentive staff and relaxing music.

Had the best week at this hotel. It is so clean and well maintained. The staff was great and they work so hard. The room was awesome, very clean, the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, there are so many options. Both pool areas were extremely clean. The food at the pool bar was also great. Would definitely go back and I am looking forward to it :)

Incredible experience. Great bar food. Very clean. They were still putting decals on the windows. The staff were kind, bright and attentive. Enjoyed our stay very much. Centrally located to the heart of the town. Just a great property for a good family vacation! Surrounded by incredibly beautiful beaches. The main beach is a10 minute walk but worth every minute. Cool, clear water and beautiful sand complete with a secluded lagoon!

The only complaint I have is the beds are extremely uncomfortable. So hard you can barely sleep. I had to sleep on top of my bedding for comfort. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff’s is WONDERFUL!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Grand Carvoeiro. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff were lovely. It's walking distance to town, a really great rooftop bar, and a lovely beach restaurant. The only downside was that the hotel's website states that there is an adult pool. However, when there were kids at the pool we were told by staff that it's adult recommended, not adult only, and they were not willing to police it. If having a quiet, adult-only space is important for you as you relax, as it is to us, this may not be your best option.

Staff was very unprofessional, ordered 5 drinks at the hotel bar with my family before going out for a dinner reservation, 40 mins later drinks hadn’t arrived and we were going to be late for our reservation. only one drink was made, so i cancelled the order but the staff got upset and started talking back and demanded i pay the €12 for the drink she had made out of the 5 i had asked for. very uncomfortable and unprofessional. hotel is clean enough though.

The hotel is modern and tastefully designed. Spa facilities were outstanding and couldn't fault it, save for some lack of cleaning in certain areas around the pool. Breakfast was a standard spread, but what they had was good quality, particularly liked the fresh egg and pancake station. We went to celebrate our anniversary and informed the staff, but were not greeted with so much as a cookie to help us celebrate the occasion. For a five star resort, I expected a bit more. However, the overall service provided by the reception and breakfast staff was good. Would definitely recommend staying here.
