We paid nearly C$500 per night, and while the room itself was attractive and well laid out for a family, the overall experience didn't reflect that price. During our two-night stay we dealt with intermittent electrical issues, cold water in both showers, a poorly sealed entrance door that banged in the wind, and housekeeping arriving at 4:20 p.m. Because we spent our days out exploring, the evenings were our only time to relax, and having to deal with maintenance during that time was frustrating. For a four-star hotel at this price point, I expected much better maintenance and service.
