"We’ve got Eiger view room on the 5th floor, oh my goodness, it was so beautiful. Room was big and everything was perfect. Location is perfect too, it is Just a minute walk from the train station, bus station is just opposite the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby."

The hotel staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic (the best steak that we have ever had!), and the location is ideal (bus stop is in the parking lot ski in ski out when there is snow). The rooms are clean and modern. A resort shuttle runs when buses are not running (at an additional cost). This all made for a relaxing stay. "

"Regarding the location, I can say that it’s not one of the most convenient one’s. But, worth just for the view. I would definitely recommend NOT to stay in a room with 6 people. The house is a bit old, so you keep hearing the floor cracking so it’s hard to sleep with so many people walking around the room. Breathtaking views, lovely staff
"The room was lovely, bright, clean and with an outstanding view. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant and included breakfast was also wonderful and very convenient. The only downside to thus hotel is it’s lacking some amenities, (hot tub, in room coffee), however we would absolutely stay again. The location just off the tram stop made it also easier to get to than other remote hotels in the higher Lauterbrunnen valley. We will be back! "
