"The hotel is at the center of all of the attractions: Sister’s ponds, 3 generation trees, etc. Dinner and breakfast were great with lots of foods. Yes, this hotel is pricey but it’s worth it."

"Property is ok. Spacious room and nice view of lake. Bathroom shower is spacious but old looking as it needs to be caulked. Need a better breakfast spread as mostly vegetables. The men’s bathroom should be closed as not a nice sight to see men washroom as walking to breakfast area each morning. Asked to seat far away from bathroom hallway. "

"Staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Gym yoga mat area needs to be cleaner, was dusty. Couch at the foot of bed was dirty looking with stains. Otherwise overall very clean, insuite bath was terrific."

"We were in a room on the top floor that can fit 4 people (but we only have 2). The room has plenty of space and face the lake. The location is great facing the lake. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay on this side of the lake. "

"Staff are helpful and polite. Stayed in room with lake view and it was quiet and peaceful (on Friday night). Breakfast variety is plenty too. Hotel provided complimentary fireflies watching as it happened to be fireflies mating season. It’s just a short walk to get public bus to Taichung HSR station and catching ferry at pier. There’s free 2 hours bicycle rental. If you are there on non peak season, they can allow u to use it for a couple hours. "

"This hotel is very clean and it has the best viewing deck for the famous Alishan sunrise. The food is good and the staffs are great. Don’t miss the heated pool up on the roof, the view is breathtaking."

"A new, very modern property on the main road going through Sun Moon Lake. Rooms spacious and very contemporary with comfortable beds. However, the walls are very thin so everything can be heard from the adjoining rooms and not sure about the clear glass partitioning of the toilet and shower."

"staff are good and nice. Food and room was not good enough at this rate. Customers raised noise in this resort after 10 PM. Need to call front desk twice to get a quiet place. Over all, not recommended. "
