"The harbour view was wonderful! Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. 5 stars absolutely on customer service. Food at the restaurant was alright.. nothing flashy, but that being said it was also very affordable compared to a lot of places these days - so I guess expect quality to match cost. The rooms themselves are clean, neat and welcoming... However... There was only one thing that stops me from giving overall 5 stars. What the hotel fails to mention, is that they are directly located above a train line. This means you can expect extremely restless nights, especially the lower you are to ground floor. My husband and I both used ear plugs for the duration of our stay, and still got woken by the train and room vibrations a number of times. A really beautiful hotel and experience overall, but unfortunately we would not return simply due to the lack of sleep. It's such a shame this is the only thing that lets the hotel down, especially when it's not something they have control over."
