"Lovely staff, beautiful grounds, spacious room to a fairly high standard. Dog friendly: in the bar area only, but that is just as nice as the main restaurant."

"Excellent service from check in to check out, rooms were big, rooms were serviced everyday and althoigh i didn't have dinner at the hotel the breakfast was excellent. Managed to use the gym, pool and steam room whilst staying at the hotel. When staying in Telford again i will make sure i book again at the Mercure. Very close to shops, restaurants and even a cinema across the road!"
