The hotel was fantastic, very clean, lovely staff and a good range of facilities from the restaurants to activities such as yoga and the spa facilities. They hotel pools were great and they have a pool for relaxing by that’s very peaceful (no kids!)

The complimentary airport shuttle was a wonderful sight at our 1.30am pickup. Lovely quiet, clean spacious room. Good breakfast plenty of choice and nice outdoors seating.

Great location at Nusa beach close to restaraunts and the beach. Given complimentary 15 min foot massage, mocktails and honeymoon room decor and cake. Great staff and resort, the staff are super friendly and helpful.

New hotel with high quality rooms - lots of space and beds and towels especially luxurious. Perhaps could have chairs on the balcony to also enjoy that space. Helpful and friendly staff plus the French manager is also present and she shows genuine interest in your experiences at the hotel. Central location in Sanur - close to beach, plus a range of restaurants and bars.We also borrowed bikes from the hotel (free of charge) - a great way to see the whole length of Sanur along the beachside path....

Room was clean and quiet, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is so convenient to get off a late night international flight and walk to your room. We always stay at this hotel on our arrival into Bali and are always happy.

We stayed in the Premier Deluxe room and it was superb!! The staff are so friendly at this hotel and the room itself very quiet and clean and new. We love it. We planned to stay 1 night and stayed 5. If you are into surfing the location is superb. Ripcurl is a 5 min stroll away and has awesome equipment for rent as well great Yoga nearby

The overall feel was of affordable luxury. The grounds are well maintained and immaculately clean. Visually very appealing. Simple and stylish foyer. Magical restaurant location. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. I found the ceiling of the room a little low. I certainly will return.

The hotel is tucked away nicely and you forget you’re in busy Kuta, however it’s close enough to everything. Every member of staff in the hotel were warm, welcoming and friendly. We didn’t have any problems during our stay, however I feel assured that if we did they would work hard and attentively to resolve them. Very convenient airport hotel perfect for before or after a flight. Shuttle service runs promptly on an hourly basis. Restaurant is open 24 hours. Pleasant bar and swimming pool. Rooms small but well appointed. Would definitely use again

Excellent, stylish hotel about 10 minutes from the beach. They offer a shuttle to their own beach club for free, however that won't drive you back so you either need to walk (25-30 minutes) or grab a taxi. Staff are lovely, however there doesn't seem to be a lot of communication between the different teams, so someone on front desk might not know anything about their tours. The rooftop pool is great, albeit with a new construction site next door. Once they're done it'll be even better. One...

The hotel is only about 50 metres from a beautiful beach which comes alive every evening as the beach side restaurants set out tables on the beach so you can enjoy a drink or meal as you watch the sun go down. We enjoyed a drink there and watched the sunset before dining at the hotel. The food at the hotel was excellent with plenty of local freshly cooked meals. The only slight downside is that you have to be very careful walking around the area as the paths are very uneven/broken and the roads...

stayed at the grand palace for one week 5th november, what lovely staff the rooms were great big and clean, breakfast was also exellent, the price of this hotel was exceptional compared to others in the area.It must be said its set on a very busy road so you must be very careful going to and thro, but has long as you dont mind this, everything about this place is good value , I would like to thank arta wijaya who was an exceptional help at all times and a great credit to this Hotel, the hotel...

Stayed just under two weeks in this excellent location, two mins from the beach and right on the edge of town(far enough away to be quiet but a 5 min walk to main streets ). Lots of restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout and are around 24/7. Cleaners did a brilliant job and general facilities were maintained to a very good standard. Lovely pool area. Breakfast was a mix of Western and Asian dishes with just enough variety to keep you going. Never ate dinner here...

Friendly staff who gave us a free upgrade when the bed requested was not available and helped with our bags when we arrived. Clean spacious room with all the amenities. Great location for accessing the airport

We arrived at gone-midnight, and straight away the staff were efficient, friendly and welcoming. All throughout our stay the staff could not be faulted, and the friendliness of the Balinese really shone through. The food in the three restaurants was excellent (spicy crab was my personal favourite), and to top it all Nusa Dua seems to have it's own micro-climate as you could see storms towards Denpassa that seems to simply curve around the resort. Great pool (with wet bar) and no fighting for sun...
