"Hotel was able to hold our luggage until check in so we could go enjoy our morning. Check in is a hybrid self check in/staff assisted. Room was clean and size was comparable to US hotels. Location is great as you’re only a few blocks from the train station that allows you to go basically anywhere in Japan. The hotel has luggage lockers so you can lock your luggage after check out if your transportation does not depart until later in the day. It was very helpful. Only negative was the on site...

"Not possible to decrease room temperature to under 20’C so too warm. Only 2 small towel racks in bathroom so couldn’t dry bath towels. See through window between bathroom and bedroom not opaque enough so little privacy. Loved decor in lobby, and self laundromat "
