"Everything was perfect couldn’t have asked for anything more. The view was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here. Definitely 5 stars!!"

"Location was great. Condo was a little dated. Toaster was broken and fridge was on its’ last leg but when we needed anything we called Epic Realty and they got right on it. They were very good. "

"The only thing that I didn’t like was the bushes weren’t trimmed down by the porch enough"

"Nice place in a great complex. Loved the location on the beach. Property manager was particularly responsive and helpful."

"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. The home was spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Located in a gated community, we felt secure and appreciated the added sense of privacy and exclusivity. One of the absolute highlights was the private beach access—just a short walk away and never crowded. It felt like our own slice of paradise where we could unwind and enjoy the ocean without the usual tourist hustle. The landscaping and...

"Just an outstanding experience all the way through. We’ve stayed in other locations on Maui and I have to say this is our favorite. We plan to return again in the future."

"Great place to spent with family very friendly and accommodating very responsive to any questions I had and always checked in prior to check in and after "

"We had a large family gathering and it was perfect! We stayed here and they stayed across the street at a larger property. We were happy to come home to this place because it was quiet and we had A/C and they did not! It was hot 84 most of the time so being able to sleep in a cool bedroom was priceless! And the view was outstanding! "

"We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter."

" The apartment was prepared with all the necessary amenities. It was spotless, smelled great, had plenty of soaps, towels, and beach necessities, and air conditioning was even left on, so the apartment was quite comfortable upon our arrival. RedAwning is an excellent company with a superb customer relations attitude."

"Everything was excellent "

"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. "
