"Room excellent, upgraded to executive room, but on 2nd floor, with no lift working. This was OK, but only because we had very light luggage. We really need a ground floor room if there's no lift now, as we are both pensioners sand beginning to experience mobility issues with stairs."

The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park."

Only very minor quibble was we were in the eaves which did not give us a lot of headroom when getting into bed. Loved this place and would highly recommend it and would like to return in the future. I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late. This was my second time visiting The Swan for work trips to Blyton Park track. Couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Perfect for solo female travellers."
