From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning sea view rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. Delightful breakfast with plenty of local treats to sample. Very close to both ports and right in the centre, but quiet. We hope we’ll be back! Efharisto poli!

We visited reception one morning and she gave me loads of leaflets and explained all the different activities we could do during our stay. We loved pur stay at Casa Kallergi. Accommodation was amazing, everything you could wish for. Attention to details! Even hair/bath products qere of a high quality & good size. Location was brilliant. Lovely balcony with a street & sea view. Very clean & luxury feel of 5*, spacious. A bit tricky getting to the 2nd floor with suitcases. Narrow & steep stairs, but expected in historic properly. Definitely would recommend this place!
