The staff were friendly and helpful, and the toiletries provided in the rooms were L'occitane, Shampoo, shower gel and hand wash, along with slippers for your comfort. They didn\`t skimp on quality. We were also provided with cakes in our room on our arrival, which was a nice touch. We booked four-day trips before we arrived in Ljubljana, and were collected from outside the lobby, which was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel after a seven-night stay, and we were sad to leave this wonderful city."
