This is a great hotel to stay in its in the perfect place in Ljubljana just a few minutes walk to all the main shopping streets, Castle and the Bridges. The staff here are brilliant and very helpful and for us the bonus was we could safely park our motorcycle in the underground car park. The hotel's central location makes it easy to explore the city on foot. While the location is convenient, the hotel's amenities leave something to be desired. The limited number of elevators can lead to long wait times, especially during peak hours. The chaotic and uninformed behaviour of the staff could not be overlooked. This was particularly evident during breakfast, where basic items like cups and forks were frequently missing. There were enough people there, but I had the feeling they were running without a plan. The check-out process was also disorganized, with staff seemingly unaware of the charges associated with the room.
