The futon bed was comfortable - we didn't open it fully but used it as a twin bed and there was an additional king size bed in the unit. Just a heads up, as the hotel explains, there is no lift. The stairs are narrow & steep. It is very close to the old town, few minutes walking. There is street parking outside the apartment which you can find a spot if you are patient.
