"Centrally located hotel … with its own parking … service is a bit of a hit or miss … when I wanted help with my luggage during check in , they got the bar tender to help … while in the room when I requested for a plate and spoon … was told that I could come down and get it or pay 5 euros to have it delivered … this is 4 star service in Cork I guess .. anyway on my check out when I similarly asked for help was informed that there were no men available … otherwise the hotel was ok … "

"Parking in a nearby lot which is walkable and reasonably priced. Excellent hotel with excellent amenities especially the gym, coffee shop and bar. shower was amazing. Staff is helpful. there is a train station on one side of the building, if you are a light sleeper consider the opposite side. Would definitely recommend staying here. The decor of the rooms with record player is pretty cool."

Michelle , the lively receptionist, was alarmed and very concerned for my wife . She immediately provided water and assistance. She was great . "The front desk was very accommodating with trying to help me with my sim card issues. I enjoyed the Olympic pool sauna steam room and jacuzzi. I forgot my money and they let me take a sport drink on the promise I'd return. I forgot to but called them to let them know when I got to my next destination. Everyone was very kind.."
