"When I booked the room I booked the room that had one wall of all windows in a view. So when I got there the gentleman put me into the first floor room. I asked what the view was and he said the curb. I requested he put me in a room like I saw in the pictures. So then I got moved up to a second floor room. Really no view but I was so tired. It's deceiving. The room itself is cleaned and good but be careful booking don't pay for any extra thing that you think you're going to get."

"Really classy interior design. Welcoming bar area with modern fireplace and gorgeous scent. The evening meals in the bar were excellent . Great food and helpful staff Spacious warm room modern ensuite"

"Very outdated building! Room, furniture and TV were all old! Room cleanliness was not very good, as there were stains in the carpet and molding growing the in the bathroom. Immediately upon arrival in the room there was a bad smell! Did not see one housekeeper or cart while there. Location of hotel was a positive though!"

"The room was narrow and not very easy to access, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. Moving around with luggage felt quite inconvenient due to the limited space. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection was quite basic and the quality didn’t really meet expectations, although it was still acceptable for a short stay."

"Excellent location 3-4 minutes to bus and train stations close to town centre and restaurants bars etc Comfortable bed lots of hot water tea and coffe making facilities Helpful friendly staff"

"Expected more from a 4 star. Bedroom window was broken, not closing fully and as a result the room was cold, had to use a towel to block out the draft. Spacewise the room was small for a family room, ok if just adults or older kids. Breakfast had the basics."
