"Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...

"Overall was great experience, we spent only one night, the room we picked was spacious and clean, the beach was very close to hotel it was just the road separating it, dinning area outside was nice, you could stay inside too, we choose all inclusive option, good drink and food, walkable area around, beach was nice, staff was friendly easy check in/out. "The bathroom had a lot of mould & the shower diverter was not working properly so very poor water pressure- very hard to wash your hair when the tap below is running at full pressure. We advised the receptionist & asked for a room change, no rooms available & nothing was done to fix the problem in the shower cubicle. The staff in the dining & bar were excellent & very friendly "
