"The hotel is set in nice grounds and plenty of facilities. We used the pool and spa which were good but the level of chlorine in the pool was higher than normal. We had an executive room which was really nice and had loads of space only issue we had was the aircon unit was leaking. Overall I would recommend this hotel it just needs a few tweaks to tidy it up"

"I liked the hotel in terms of its central location in Birmingham, its cleanliness and helpful staff. I think the breakfast was fine but not the best. I was also surprised that anyone can use the lifts without needing to swipe their room card key. I think this needs addressing for security."

"Super dog friendly with complimentary dog treats, poo bags and welcome letter for the dog. A convenient location close to the motorway to break up our road trip. The rooms were furnished a high standard with gig comfortable beds and pillows. The food and service in the bar area was excellent and again very dog friendly. Would definitely stop there again."
