"This is a beautiful home situated in the enchanted Roe Valley. We found the property’s owner friendly, and easy to talk to. We chose the manor because it was well situated near Portrush and Derry/ Londonderry. I loved the beautiful sun room, grounds, and quietness of this place. "The property was freezing cold when we arrived and hadn't been prepared at all. The bedding wasn't clean, there were sheets drying over furniture, the dishwasher was full of pots, pans and crockery and the floors were dirty. The TV didn't work properly either. Worst of all, because no one had bothered to check, there was no oil in tank so we had no heating or hot water for 3.5 days of a 5 day break. Helloguest, the managing company, were absolutely useless and didn't do what any decent company...
