This place is perfect in every way. Comfortable ,clean, friendly the lady who hosted us was called Lorraine what a lady she couldn’t do enough for us even offered to take us out for food and back I would highly recommend this place to any one 5 star plus and very reasonably priced. Thank u Lorraine if only every host was like u 👌👌👌

We only found Cavanans by accident, but we’re so glad we did. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We particularly liked that they could be accessed from both the internal corridor and the courtyard, making it incredibly easy to pull the car right up outside the room to unload and load luggage. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant, and both were excellent. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced. What really made our stay stand out...

Without doubt possibly the best B & B I have stayed at. Irish hospitality t its best. Breakfast was amazing and a good variety for those who don't fancy an Ulster Fry to start their day. Our hosts were very sociable and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely cakes to go with our in room refreshments were an absolute bonus. Would happily stay here again.

Absolutely everything during our stay at Ashbrook was perfect! From the warm welcome on arrival, to the spotless and beautiful huge room through to the freshly baked bread, pancakes and bacon for breakfast that had us full right through to our evening meal, I literally couldn't fault a thing. Highly recommended and we'll be booking again next time we're in the area.

Everything was perfect, the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Especially Sean, Great vib in the hotel.

Our room was lovely and big with un suite, self check in was easy, breakfast was great continental had all you need, location great short walk to west strand beach and the train station and town,would diffently stay again.

The staff at the Shipquay are excellent made everyone very welcome .I would rate the restaurant as one of the best I've been to and breakfast one of the best I've ever had, will be back

I have visited this hotel on more than a dozen occasions for lunch , and was thus aware of the high quality of the food served there and the friendly and efficient staff . It therefore came as no surprise that dinner was of an extremely high standard and that there were plenty of obliging and solicitous staff on what was a very busy Saturday evening . The bedroom was well appointed and comfortable , and there was no noise either internally or from outside . I would have no hesitation in...
