The only downside we experienced was the long wait for elevators, and also insufficient supply of necessities for 2 people."

"This hotel is situated right in the heart of the tourist area full of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the subway system. I was reading a lot of reviews stating the issues other guests had with the temperature being hot but I didn’t have that issue at all. Breakfast buffet selection was plentiful with both western and korean options (same options everyday) Staff were polite and helpful.
