Play area is good for older kids Staff were all super friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean with a good view. Will say- the sausages aren’t the best on the breakfast sorry🙈 everything else was great, and parking was really easy!"

"From the moment we entered the hotel we felt special. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Comfortable and clean. Water in shower was nice and hot. We ate in restaurant two out of the three nights we were there and the quality was good. It was our birthdays and we had a small cake and candle wishing us happy birthday one of the days. The other birthday we had our room decorated with swans and red rose petals. Lovely touches. Would definitely go back"

"This place is absolutely filthy, it doesn’t look as though it has been cleaned in over a year. We would not recommend and still waiting for a refund as we left early. Very disappointing. Hotels.com you should take this off your rentals"
