"This is a true luxury spa hotel. Great location, great facilities, health club across the parking lot. I had a large room in the older part of the hotel and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely superb and the bed was very comfortable. This would be a great place for more than a one-night stay!"

"There were not instructions on how to operate the coffee maker or rather complicated electrical switches controlling the lights. The staff were able to show us how to operate the Nespresso machine and we eventually figured out the lights. The air conditioning system was also no very user friendly but we got it to work to our satisfaction."

"Very nice hotel, the parking is a little tight with only 22 spaces, breakfast can be improved it was cold and the porridge wasn't the best, staff were very helpful The hotel is in a great location with the river Ness and castle infront of it"

"We enjoyed our stay here and thought it was good value. Food in the restaurant was very tasty (although limited choice - only three starters, three mains (one was veggie); breakfast was very good. Friendly staff on reception, but service was very slow in the restaurant and we had to ask for our drinks which still hadn't arrived by the time our main course was served. Beautiful lounge area and bar, fantastic property and rooms were very large and spacious - but there are a lot of maintenance issues that need addressing (windows that couldn't be opened in bathroom, slightly dodgy socket in bedroom). Shame the fires weren't lit as it was a bit cold in both the lounge and dining room. But we enjoyed our stay, in a beautiful location and at a good price."

"A nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms, what the hotel fails to tell you is there is ongoing construction with over half of the hotel covered in scaffolding. There is workers walking up and down the hallways from 0800-1600, in the lift which is small, walking through reception, the carpark is full of construction equipment so you have to park across the road that cost £10 a day. What annoyed me was the lack of information on the construction and the parking. It would be a 5 Stars if it wasn’t for the construction and the lack of information about the construction."
