"The hotel is cozy and very pet friendly. The decor feels like a old German home. Bed was comfy and room was clean. My favorite part of the hotel was the restaurant downstairs. I have a pork and noodles which was AMAZING! My dog was even able to hang in the restaurant. Morning breakfast was very good. "

The hotel is conveniently located to various sights. My family and I were able to check out the Christmas markets in Baden Baden, Freiburg, Eguisheim, Obernai, Strasbourg and Basel. "The hotel was lovely however some challenges occured when trying to park the car (very limited parking in the premisses). Additionally there are no fans or air conditioning so going in the summer could prove a challenge. That said the staff is very warm and helpful and the town was delightful. Conveniently located near the Hbf."

"We really enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. We were stopping over on our way to a skiing holiday. We had booked a family room and it was great. The staff were very welcoming, with a quick and efficient check in/out. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast, both were top notch. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to revisit in the future. "

"The hotel is a few kms from the local town and set out in the vineyards with a rolling hill landscape - very pretty. Easy parking - but it will get limited when hotel is busy. Check in was swift and friendly. Our room was on the 3rd floor but a lift was available so no problem there. Spacious rooms and big, clean bathroom with both a bath and a shower. "A very nice, clean and quiet facility. It is a walking distance to the train station that connects you to other German towns and only a 25 mins train ride to Strasbourg in France. "

"The room and hotel were surprisingly sleek and really well designed - nice to have air-conditioning and a balcony! On a street a block away from the main walkable part of town and a lovely river walk. One small complaint - no Kleenexes in the room! A problem with for someone with bad allergies."

"Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

"This was a nice hotel for some down time. It is out in a more rural area and super quiet. There is a nice patio or balcony on each room to have a drink, enjoy the scenery and relax for a bit. We had been travelling for days and it was nice to just unwind for a night. We ate at their restaurant which served authentic German food which was really good. The price point for this hotel is more than reasonable for the quality of service snd comfort. "

"The owner/manager went above and beyond. We arrived a little late (after check in hours) and he waited for us just to be sure we had a place to stay. Beautiful property. The views are amazing and the property is in great shape. We did not have a chance to eat there but the restaurant looks great. Thanks for having us there"
