"We found this place from my guide book of Rick Steve’s Tuscany guide. Because we picked up our car from Florence we need somewhere we can park and also walking distance to old town center. They have a few free parking spots but it’s first come first serve. The hotel is clean and nice. Staff is very friendly. It’s only about 10 mins walk to the plaza and walkable to almost every major sites. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Siena. "

"Good location. Daytime desk person, Tony, was very helpful. We had a nice view of the city. On the downside, we had no WIFI in our room for three days before it was fixed. Some of the carpeting could use a good cleaning or replacement."

"Loved this hotel. Very peaceful considering it is on a main road. Staff are lovely. Very friendly and efficient. Always offer assistance. Both the public area and the room were spotless. Plenty of sanitising gel available and masks worn by everyone in public areas. The room was lovely, with a small balcony. Nice toiletries provided.
