The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was fine and clean with a comfortable bed. It had a beatiful view out to the Tuscan countryside. A nice breakfast was served in the beautiful soroundings of the hotel's garden. You can walk from the hotel to Il Campo in the center of the old city in about 20 minutes. The hotel is only a 12 minutes walk away from restaurants and cafés. There is a bus stop close by, but I just walked the old stone streets. They have a nice garden overlooking the nearby hills. We had breakfast included and there was a lot of variety and it was very delicious. The staff was outstanding and very friendly, spoke excellent English. The garden area was beautiful and they had a bar so you could enjoy the beautiful view with a cold drink. It was a short walk into the walled city of Siena which had lots of dining and shopping options. The view of the Tuscan hillside from their garden balcony (where we had breakfast) was especially beautiful.
