Lovely little place in the heart of Noto. You need to have a car to get to the beach, I'm not sure if there's buses running. Parking is also very difficult, it took us an hour to park the car as both car parks full and no on street parking.

This was a true boutique hotel right on the main strip in Noto. The small number of rooms meant that we felt really well looked-after. Both Fabio and Antonio and their team were wonderful, attentive and incredibly helpful. Special mention to Antonio for giving us 5* recommendations for dinner, often booking us a table himself! Everything during our short stay was extraordinary. Hard working staff , excellent breakfast and opulent and elegant suite. We will book again the same facility soon .

Perfectly placed for the old town with a terrace & good views. Our hostess was very welcoming, gave us great tips about local restaurants, places to see, etc. Breakfast was great, fresh orange juice, good coffee & a wide choice of food. Spotlessly clean. We can't rate it more highly!

From the moment we buzzed reception to open the gates, we received such a warm, friendly and great welcome. The pool is gorgeous. The food is delicious. The entire staff team are outstanding. Plenty of places to chill and relax, or an easy drive to Noto, Siracusa and Ortegia. This bio agricultural homestead is truly a ‘home from home’. We can’t wait to return.

Great renovated hotel in a small sleepy town of Avola with an easy access to free beaches, free street parking. Nice helpful hostess and her staff. Luxury rooms, good continental breakfast, quiet area for a very small price! I strongly recommend it. In case you drive a car and want to visit sights in neighboring Syracuse, do not fall for expensive options in Syracuse, stay in this hotel and simply drive very short distance to Syracuse and use historical area available parking and walk to all...

A great, cozy place. Extremely clean. Delicious and fresh continental breakfast. Staff (Valentino and Clara) are so so friendly and very accommodating, plenty of information was provided about what to do and where to go, which the area near this apartment has plenty. The beach umbrellas availability is a big plus. Definitely recommend and would definitely go back to stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Lovely little hotel perfectly located on edge of central Noto, very nicely modernised, nice staff, everything good really. And you can easily park a car for free nearby. Noto is even more impressive than it is described as in the guides and is also an ideal base for visiting the coast or inland or other towns in the area.

The room, shared spaces and breakfast room were beautiful, the staff were fantastic and answered every question, including booking taxis for us, and the breakfast was delicious. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Location is off the beaten track but provides great views and a peaceful location. Lots of work had been done to create this place and we understand that lots more is in the pipeline which is great. Lovely welcome on arrival and very helpful and informative staff. If you have use of a car, then we found this was a great base for exploring the south eastern parts of Sicily.

A great hotel with the usual aspect of the old theatre and cinema still there. The hotel is also perfectly positioned for strolls into the town and to the sea . Great views from the terrace. A good selection at breakfast

Arrived late but still received a good welcome. Hotel manager speaks English and lives downstairs.

Nice area, very quite, good for relaxation, but not ideal if you want to visit other towns as it is far from everything. Nice room, no WiFi, cleaning service wasn't done (to be fair they excused themselves). Breakfast was limited and not fresh.
